The visit of Dean Fan and his delegation this time not only marks a renewed upgrade of school enterprise cooperation, but also a new beginning for mutual development.

During the exchange meeting, the management team of Jinxin Carbide Group first introduced the company's situation, 

and then the two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on materials science, engineering technology, market demand 

and other fields, jointly discussing cooperation plans and future development plans. Through communication, both sides 

have deepened their understanding of each other's strengths and needs, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

In the four stages of innovative product research and development aimed at major national needs (principle, pilot, production,

 and market), universities mainly serve the principle innovation in the first stage. University researchers focus on basic research, 

principle verification, and disruptive innovation. The commercialization and industrialization rate of a large number of scientific 

research results is relatively low. An innovative product that truly enters the market and allows end customers to accept new 

technologies and products is indispensable in the pilot and concept verification stages. As a high-tech, specialized, and 

innovative small giant enterprise, Jinxin Hard Group is the main body of technological innovation and application of achievements. 

It needs to face end customers and real market demands to implement new technologies, products, materials, and market applications,

 And strive to explore and cultivate opportunities for the development of the industrial chain.

Dean Fan and his team visited the production line and technical equipment of Jinxin Group, gaining a deeper 

understanding of the company's production process and technical level. This not only provides an opportunity for on-site 

teaching and practical experience for the college, but also provides more comprehensive support and guarantee for 

future cooperation projects between both parties.

After visiting the production line, we have deep communication with a products' making process. Like how does a

screw, or studs been forming out? what is the material, processing craft and the application. Here we have the worshop

for hardware and fasteners at our headquater. And we have exchange our idear on the development and the creation

The successful holding of this exchange and discussion not only strengthened the cooperative relationship between 

the two sides, but also provided reference and inspiration for more cooperation between universities and enterprises. 

I believe that with the joint efforts of both parties, the cooperation between the School of Materials Science and 

Technology of Hunan University of Technology and Jinxin Group will usher in a better tomorrow, injecting 

new vitality and momentum into the integrated development of industry, academia and research.
